<li>Homes just plain ol’ sell faster when the seller’s broker knows about the different loan programs available, and how to explain them to the potential home buyer.</li>

<p>&#8230;believe that if the bank is involved, that somehow the transaction is mystically &#8220;doomed&#8221; from the cosmos or something.  That&#8217;s just not true, although they&#8217;re not perfect, and yes they can take a bit longer, distressed home sales still close, and usually with a pretty good buy too.  I just closed another one last week that was priced well below the appraisal.</p>

<p>Not that I&#8217;m not all for <a title="Realtor.com home negotiating techniques courtesy Troy Schuyler" href="http://www.realtor.com/home-finance/real-estate/buyers/negotiatethebestdeal.aspx?source=web" target="_blank">getting a great deal on a house</a>, there&#8217;s just a right way and a wrong way to go about it.  Just be careful what you do if you get contacted by one of these companies, it&#8217;s easy to make decisions we regret when <span style="color: #0000ff;"><a title="Get out of debt help with Troy Schuyler" href="http://www.debtsolutiontoday.com" target="_blank"><span style="color: #0000ff;">faced with financial difficulties and need help.</span></a></span></p>

<p>Me too!  My wife, Jennifer and I are actually raising three small one&#8217;s myself.  My son, Jordan is 10, Mya is 8, and Caden is 6.  You&#8217;ll enjoy the miles of hiking and biking trails we have.  It&#8217;s also nice to know that we live in an area where the kids feel safe.  We have very good public and private school options for the kiddo&#8217;s.  I know how important that is, as a father of three little ones myself.</p>
<p>Roseburg market price trends tend to lag behind our neighbors to the north and south.  Home buyers enjoy lower home sale prices and rural settings, and believe me, we have a lot of homes for sale in Roseburg!  Don&#8217;t get me wrong, though, there are plenty of neighborhoods to choose from, ranging from:</p>

<p>My wife and I appreciate the safety of our community and feel safe when our children are playing with their neighborhood friends.  You have several public and private schools to choose from, and the best part is, they don&#8217;t have a huge student to teacher ratio.  Many classrooms have 20 or less students!</p>
